A special education advocate is always a great resource to consider for any stage of the special education process. Our SEAS advocates are vested through a rigorous process to ensure that you are provided the best service possible. They are knowledgeable with the complex process of special education and will take their time in answering your questions.

Familiar with special education law and timelines— our SEAS representatives are trained to thoroughly examine your child’s assessment report and Individual Educational Plan (IEP). A SEAS advocate will assess that your child has been evaluated properly and that all areas of suspected disability have been considered and examined. We will advocate with you to ensure that your child is placed in a proper special education program, has been given appropriate IEP goals, is provided with beneficial Designated Instructional Services (DIS), and that they have access to all the modifications and accommodations that will allow them to excel academically. An advocate stands for your child and ensures that they receive the special education services available to access their Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) rights, so that they may perform to their fullest potential.

Furthermore, an advocate works for you and with you in making the special education process smoother while ensuring that your child is receiving appropriate FAPE. Explore the packages below and select the one works best for you.
